Do you ship internationally?

No not in the mean time. We will very soon though.

How long does it take to get my order?

All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.

How do I return my item?

EARRINGS are not eligible for returns .  If you would like to return any other pieces  within 14 days of purchase, please email info@hawajewels.com  to start the return process. We will then send you a shipping form so you can send back the item you are returning. Once this item is received we will refund your original form of payment.

 

What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives broken, damaged or there is any error with your purchase, please email Info@hawajewels.com  so we can properly assist you and get the correct, non-damaged item to you ASAP.
